You will be advised to take an intercity train in the direction of Oostende or Knokke/Blankenberge. These trains run every thirty minutes daily.
The train will take less than one hour to get from Brussels to Bruges train station, or ninety minutes from Brussels airport to Bruges train station. The Bruges train station is located southeast of the city center. From the train station you can go either by foot, bus or taxi to SCB:
By foot: 25 minutes to Potterierei 4, Bruges, walking through the medieval center of Bruges;
By bus: buses from Bruges train station run every ten minutes to the city center; jump on bus n° 4 (“Brugge station – centrum – Sint Jozef – Koolkerke”) or bus n° 14 (“Brugge station – centrum – Sint Jozef”); the bus will take approx. 15 min between Bruges station and „Gouden Handstraat”, where you will need to get of; Gouden Handstraat is the 13th stop; Gouden Handstraat is located at the Langerei, which is across the Potterierei n° 4 (just cross the bridge) where SCB is situated (blue building on the right); you may find more details on the schedules and tickets at De Lijn;
By taxi: you can find a taxi in front of Bruges train station; a taxi drive to SCB will costs you approximately 15 – 20 euro.

For those traveling by car, please check Wegen en Verkeer before leaving home and drive safely. You may find specific directions from your home or office to SCB (address: Potterierei 4, Bruges) on Google maps.
Please be aware that the city of Bruges has recently changed its parking policy. If you park your car outside of the city center (parking at Bruges train station or Park & Ride parking lots), you can benefit from a free shuttle bus ride taking you to the city center of Bruges by showing your parking ticket to the bus driver.
The nearest underground parking is AlfaPark (Predikherenrei 4a, Bruges – www.alfapark.be/praktisch) or parking Biekorf (Naaldenstraat 8, Bruges – http://prod.interparking.be/nl-BE/find-parking/Biekorf/). The nearest aboveground parking is located at Oosterlingenplein, Bruges. Please find a map with all underground parking lots in the neighborhood of SCB.
